This research on bayʿ al-ʿarbūn is not meant to simply rehash what our great scholars have already written on this topic. Its other goal is to distinguish _bayʿ al-ʿarbūn from other transactions that might seem similar to it in some cases. Additionally, this paper is meant to address some special issues and modern issues that were raised by the Islamic Fiqh Academy (in Jeddah).
I hope this paper will help the Academy to reach a resolution, especially on the issues that have been raised.
