Assoc. Prof. Dr. Said Bouheraoua currently serves as the Director of the Research Development & Innovation Department at the International Shariah Research Academy for Islamic Finance (ISRA), and he is also the Editor-in-Chief of the ISRA International Journal of Islamic Finance. A prominent Algerian scholar, Dr. Said is a Shariah advisor to several institutions, including Affin Islamic Bank, MNRB Retakaful, and the Central Bank of the Sultanate of Oman. Throughout his career as a lecturer and researcher in Shariah and Islamic finance, he has authored numerous books, contributed chapters to edited volumes, and published articles in internationally refereed journals. In addition, Dr. Said has presented at various international conferences and conducted multiple training sessions on Islamic finance both in Malaysia and abroad.
