The topic of the foundations of human resource development in the Prophet’s Sunnah is one of the important topics in our Islamic state of affairs. It calls for a study that identifies core principles and the applications of them by showing the noble prophetic model in establishing and anchoring those foundations to manage the resources of the Islamic state.
The importance of the study is manifested in it being an attempt to identify the essential emerging contemporary issues that the human community needs by linking them to the sacred Sunnah. It also explains the pioneering role of Islamic legislation in advancing the field of human resource development, the attention it gave to it, and the practical measures taken for that.
The study also highlights the sacred Sunnah’s care for the human element, especially persons with notable abilities, experiences and skills, and motivating them by various methods.
